Payment was made, but the project has not yet started
Duplicate or accidental payment was made
The Company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations
Any approved refund will be processed after reviewing the project status and agreement terms.
Non-Refundable Situations

Work has already started or been delivered (partially or fully)
Client changes their mind after project initiation
Delay caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or content
Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once work is delivered
Digital marketing results not meeting expectations (as results vary)
Milestone-Based Projects
For projects divided into milestones:
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
Refund requests may only apply to future, unstarted milestones
